The Pale Cinema is a New England-based, live post-punk, new wave and classic-alternative band built around the darker side of the alternative dance floor—from The Cure, New Order, Depeche Mode and The Smiths to Echo & the Bunnymen, The Church, INXS and beyond. It’s familiar music without the ’80s-party clichés: cinematic, danceable and designed to feel like a great alternative club night played live.
